Commercial Bartender Ergonomics & High-Volume Workstation Design
Behind every successful luxury hotel bar or high-energy cocktail lounge lies an ergonomically engineered bar workstation. The RM-026 is developed in collaboration with commercial hospitality operators to minimize unnecessary bartender steps and repetitive strain. The workstation layout positions high-frequency tools within arm’s reach: a centrally located 100-bottle insulated ice well flanked by dual bottle speed rails, recessed blender stations with GFI electrical conduits, and dedicated glass washing dump sinks with integrated perforated drying grids.
Heavy-Duty SUS 304 Metallurgy & Marine-Edge Spill Containment
Commercial bar counters face continuous exposure to acidic citrus juices, high-proof alcohol spills, heavy glassware impacts, and aggressive chemical sanitizers. Low-grade 201 or 430 stainless steel quickly pits, discolors, and rusts under these conditions. VIPHONYA fabricates all work surfaces exclusively from certified prime 1.5mm to 2.0mm SUS 304 stainless steel. The main worktop features a seamless 15mm raised marine anti-drip edge around the entire perimeter, preventing liquid overflow onto finished flooring.
Under-Counter Refrigeration Integration & MEP Chase Plumbing
The RM-026 modular sub-structure is pre-engineered with internal utility chase channels (100mm × 100mm) running longitudinally beneath the work surface. This allows electrical wiring, beverage soda lines, beer python trunk lines, and potable water piping to route cleanly without visible floor clutter. Under-counter bays are precisely dimensioned to accept self-contained back-bar bottle coolers, commercial glass frosters, or custom refrigerated drawer units operating on dedicated 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz circuits.
Custom Architectural Dimensional Sizing & Front Elevation Finishes
• Standard Worktop Depth: 650mm to 800mm (customizable to fit narrow architectural footprints). • Working Height: 850mm to 920mm ergonomically optimized for commercial bar stools and standing staff. • Front Bar Facings: Structural stainless steel mounting framework ready to accept client-supplied marble, fluted timber, back-lit translucent onyx, or VIPHONYA laser-cut PVD decorative metal screens. • Sinks & Plumbing: NSF-compliant seamless deep-drawn stainless steel sink bowls with commercial gooseneck faucets and removable basket strainers.
Factory Pre-Assembly & Export Packaging Standards
To ensure zero on-site welding or fitting issues, every custom RM-026 bar station undergoes complete factory trial assembly in our 6,600 m² Foshan facility. Water drainage lines are pressure-tested and sectional interlocking joints are verified prior to dismantling into modular crated sections. All components are wrapped in heavy polyethylene film, pearl cotton edge guards, and crated in heavy-duty 18mm ISPM-15 plywood crates for secure worldwide ocean shipment.
